1. Service Description
WhapiCell is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp and other messaging channels from a single platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must register with a valid email address to use the service.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you can create 1 WhatsApp channel. Payment is required to continue using the service after the trial period.
4. Payment and Subscription
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund policy: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment.
5. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate WhatsApp terms of service
- Use the platform to distribute malware
- Access other users' accounts without authorization
6. Service Level
WhapiCell targets 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not responsible for outages caused by force majeure.
7. Data Ownership
Your data on our platform belongs to you. When you close your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
WhapiCell is not responsible for damages caused by third-party service interruptions (WhatsApp, Evolution API, etc.).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
